Members – your obligations
A member of our system is; a person or organisation that utilizes the platform for developing their own products for use on a non-exclusive basis for their clients or end users.
A member may not share, sell or distribute content other than as above or via the sharing facility on this website to other members for paid and free layouts that you create.
We reserve the absolute right to discontinue your membership should you become abusive to other members or staff of Layouts Cloud, load layouts with inappropriate content, as an example; political, pornographic or advertising perspective. Any payments that have been made will attract a pro rata refund should we discontinue your premium access to this platform and your free membership access will be terminated.
Layouts Cloud have provided a free access option should you have purchased the Divi Cloud plugin. No refund on the plugin cost will be made should we have to discontinue your free membership for reasons as stated above.
Layouts Cloud – Our obligations
To provide an *always on service that allows exclusive member benefits that may change from time to time up to and including the facility to access out cloud storage facility and to upload layouts, modules and other items required to make your design life better.
To keep you informed by our regular newsletters of developments and enhancements to the platform.
To provide support on the platform only (We cannot provide support on the use of Divi or any other theme but will link in or marketing literature to resources that can)
To provide links to resources both paid and free to help you get better results for your web development efforts.
Payment for the Service
As a member you have free access to a certain level on purchase of the Divi Cloud Plugin.
After this, you have an opportunity to upgrade on a monthly or annual basis. Should you wish to cancel your Premium membership at any time, we will cancel from the end of your last payment received by us and down grade your account to free Member status, we will not take any more automatic payments from you after your membership access has expired.
You will continue to receive access for 30 days to your cloud storage. After which, we will give you an opportunity to rejoin your premium plan for a minimum payment of 6 months to regain access to your Cloud Storage and any and all layouts that have been added to the Premium Access packages. If you fail to rejoin within that time, your cloud storage access will be terminated and your files deleted. Layoutscloud is a SAAS service and all content is supplied as a courtesy to members.
We will not tolerate Spam at any level and expect all members to treat each other with respect and honor. Should you need support, this is available here.
